A preliminary credit check to validate the financial health and stability of a sole trader / business.
Customer reference checks, chosen at random by a member of the Which? Trusted Traders endorsement team to ensure a breadth of consumers are consulted.
A thorough examination of business and administrative procedures.
Interview and assessment
They are visited in person by a Which? Trusted Traders assessor and interviewed.
Code of Conduct
The sole trader/business signing up to the scheme agrees to abide by the code of conduct and our terms and conditions.

Free Planning & Design
Direct Kitchens offer a free planning and design consultation, in your own home, that lasts no longer than 30 minutes. We know our customers don’t want an initial quote consultation to take hours, so we are efficient and precise in the details we take the first time we meet.
After we have measured your kitchen and found out exactly what you want, we return to our showroom to design your kitchen on our 3-D system – before inviting you back in at a time to suit you to review our design.
We give you all of the drawings and designs to take away so you can sit in the comfort of your own home and make a decision; without any salesman looking over your shoulder. A new kitchen, bedroom or home office project is a big decision and one that must be right for you.

Once you have decided that you want to go forward and work with Direct Kitchens we then fully project manage the entire process of installing your new kitchen, bedroom or home office.
We are a one stop shop when it comes to design, planning and installation and handle the entire process to make it an effective and stress free process.
Some of the project management process could include, but is not exclusive to:
· Removal of old kitchen and or bedroom
· Installation of new kitchen/bedroom/home office
· All building works (removal of walls, relaying of floors etc)
